Sesame Green Beans

1 lb. fresh green beans
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoon soy sauce
fresh ground black pepper to taste
Heat oven to 425º trim the green beans but leave whole. Spread them over a wide shallow baking pan.
Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 20 minutes, stirring occasionally during cooking, until the bean shrivel and brown in spots and become tender.
Place in a serving dish and season with soy sauce & pepper. Serve hot
