    This is a great way for Children to make bread without making a real mess.

    List of Ingredients

    1 Cup warm water
    2 Tablespoons honey
    1 Tablespoon yeast

    2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour


    Pour the first 3 ingredients into a large zip lock bag ( gallon size). Gently shake it; Watch for 3 minutes as it starts to bubble and "react".
    Then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Squeeze the bag with your hands until all the ingredients are mixed.
    Add 1 cup of unbleached white flour and kneed until it is smooth and forms a ball. Kneading and squeeze the bag. Form into a loaf or bread muffins. Cover the dough and let it rise until it doubles in size. Put in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes one loaf.
