    This makes a whipped topping. May use in granola parfaits, on waffles or pancakes, on fruit salad, etc.

    List of Ingredients

    1 quart canned pears or apricots (drained) you may use home canned
    1 Cut raw cashews (washed)
    1/4 teaspoon honey (or may use dried pineapple)
    1 teaspoon vanilla


    Blend in blender until smooth. Chill. Then use as topping.
