1 bx. Chocolate Waffer Cookies (about 22 cookies crushed fine)
¼ C. Butter or Margarine, melted
½ gal. Mocha Ice Cream
1 - 1 ½ Jars Hot Fudge
1 Can Whipped Cream
You'll need an 8" spring form pan for this one. But worth every bite. Crush about 22 Chocolate Waffers, (1 1/2 cups), mix with 1/4 cup butter or margarine. Spread in bottom of spring form pan. Bake at 350o for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool. To speed up cooling time place in frig. or freezer. When cold, add softened ice cream. Freeze till ice cream is solid. Melt Hot fudge and pour on top. Freeze again.
Just before serving top with whipped cream. You will have some trouble cutting this in frozen state but beleive me it's well worth it.
