List of Ingredients
You can also make the "regular" version by using regular instant pudding, sour cream/yogurt, and Cool Whip or whipped cream.
2 small boxes of Jello Sugar Free/Fat Free instant pudding (vanilla or white chocolate flavor)
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juice
3 cups fat free sour cream or fat free plain yogurt
Cool Whip Free
blend pudding and sour cream/yogurt in a large bowl.
add pineapple - AND juice - and blend until thoroughly mixed.
spoon into dessert dishes and add Cool Whip Free. (Chilling not needed, but can be done if you make the dessert before dinner.)
* You can put this mixture into a graham cracker pie crust
* You can use fresh strawberries, blueberries, peaches or any other fruit in place of the pineapple....but you'll need to add fat free milk (or regular milk) to make up for the juice. Strawberries also go great with chocolate pudding!
