    Raspberry Lemon Tiramisu

    List of Ingredients
    2 pkg ladyfingers (not cream filled)
    1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
    1/3 c sugar
    1 t vanlla
    1 pkg lemon jello
    1/2 c hot water
    1 (8oz) container cool whip or 2 cups sweetened whipped cream
    1 pt or 2 c fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) raspberries
    1/2 c seedless raspberry preserves
    2 T sweet marsala wine
    1/4 c water

    recipe
    1. Combine the jello and hot water. Stir to dissolve and set aside.
    2. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Set aside.
    3. Heat the preserves and water together in a small saucepan. Heat until smooth.
    4. Add the wine to the preserves mixture and set aside.
    5. Mix the jello into the cream cheese mixture.
    6 Fold in the whipped topping.
    7. Split the lady fingers and layer one pkg along the bottom of an 11x7 pan.
    8. Spread half of the preserves mixture over the lady fingers.
    9. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over this.
    10. Top with all the raspberries.
    11. Place remaining ladyfingers over the raspberries.
    12. Spread remaining preserves mixture over lady fingers.
    12. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture to top dessert.
    13. Refrigerate at least 4 hr before serving.
