    Sugar-Free Peachy Cheesecake Parfaits

    1 (8 oz.) package 1/3-less fat cream cheese, softened 7 Equal packets
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) container light whipped topping
    3 ripe peaches
    2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs (optional)


    Sugar-Free Peachy Cheesecake Parfaits

    1. Beat cream cheese and no-calorie sweetener at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla, beating until blended. Stir in whipped topping. Peel peaches and cut into slices. Reserve 8 slices for garnish. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into 8 (4 oz.) parfait glasses; top evenly with remaining peach slices. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, if desired. Top each parfait with a reserved peach slice. Cover and chill 6 hours. Makes 8 servings. Prep time 20 minutes,,
