    Too Easy Peach Cobbler

    Preheat oven to 350.
    Pam spray an 8x8" square baking dish.
    Drain a 29 oz. can of sliced peaches and put the peaches in the prepared pan.
    Cut crusts off of 5 slices of bread and cut each slice into 5 strips. Cover the peaches with the bread strips.


    In a microwaveable dish, melt 1 stick of margarine, and add 1 teaspoon of Vanilla, 1/2 cup of Sugar, 2 Tablespoons of Flour, and 1 beaten egg. Mix well and
    Pour this mixture over the bread strips and bake until the bread is golden brown, or about 35 or 45 minutes.
