    Bake an Angel Food Cake.

    Slice top off cake about 1" down. Cut down into cake from outer edge (1") leaving 1" thick wall around cake and at base.

    Fill cavity with Cocoa Fluff, replace top, and frost with Cocoa Fluff.

    Cocoa Fluff, filling and topping:

    3 cup whipping cream
    1.5 cups sifted icing sugar
    3/4 cup cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt

    Whip 'til stiff.

    I also garnished it with chocolate shavings. I also put it in the freezer for a bit to help hold it together for cutting.
