    1/2 cup margarine
    2 eggs
    2 cups flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup milk

    Topping:
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup flour
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Batter will be stiff. Spread over 9 x 13 pan. Cover with sliced apples. Mix topping and sprinkle over apples. Bake 350 for 40 minutes.
