List of Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 can pie filling

Topping:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 tsp cinnamon


Recipe

Cream shortening and sugar. Mix dry ingredients and add to batter alternately with eggs, milk, and vanilla that have been mixed together. Spread batter in greased 15 x 10 pan. Top with pie filling and sprinkle with topping ingredients that have been mixed together. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
