List of Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp oleo
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Frosting:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1/4 cup cream/milk
6 Tbsp melted butter


Recipe

Combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Beat well - (till color changes to light yellow). Add dry ingredients. Heat milk and oleo to boiling. Add to batter and mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Combine all frosting ingredients together and blend well. Frost cake while hot and brown in broiler or in oven. ******Hint best to make 1 1/2 batches of frosting for the cake.
