Lemon Poppy Seed Pound Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 cup soft margarine
1 cup buttermilk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp vanilla
Recipe
Combine all ingredients on medium speed for 2-3 minutes or until mixture lightens and is smooth. Pour batter into greased bundt pan or 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. May glaze with powdered sugar glaze (may use lemon juice to moisten the powdered sugar - 2-3 tsp).
