Rhubarb Upside Down Cake or Torte

List of Ingredients

5 cups cups fresh or frozen rhubarb
1 6 oz strawberry jello
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 pkg 18 oz while or yellow cake mix



Recipe

Place rhubarb in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with jello, sugar, and marshmallows. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions and pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Invert cake on serving pan for Upside down cake -- leave as is for torte.
