    List of Ingredients


    • 6 medium potatoes
    • 3/4 cup butter
    • 1 10 oz Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom soups
    • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


    Instructions


    1. Boil potatoes, cool and then remove skin and slice thin into buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole dish
    2. In small saucepan mix together, 1/2 cup butter, soups, cheese, green onions and sour cream
    3. Stir over low heat just until heated through and pour over potatoes
    4. Mix 1/4 cup butter with breadcrumbs. Mix well and sprinkle over potatoes.
    5. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly
