    Viva La Chicken Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    • 4 Chicken breasts
    • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 can green chile salsa
    • 1 onion - minced
    • 12 corn tortillas
    • 1 lb cheddar cheese - can use mix of Cheddar and Jack cheese


    1. Cut, Bone and cut chicken in bite size pieces
    2. Cut tortillas in 1 inch strips
    3. Mix soups, milk, onions and salsa
    4. Grease large casserole dish, add 4 TBSP milk to bottom of dish
    5. Cover bottom of dish with tortillas strips, add half of the chicken and top with half of the sauce. Repeat layers ending with sauce.
    6. Refrigerate for 24 hours then bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add cheese last 20 minutes.
