    Lemon Pepper Pasta

    List of Ingredients

    • 8 oz Very thin spaghetti
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • 2 large peppers (Red, yellow or green)- total of 3 cups in 1/8 inch strips
    • 1 TBLS grated lemon peel
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1 cup skim milk
    • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)


    1. Cook pasta and drain
    2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
    3. Add peppers, cook and stir frequently for about 5 minutes
    4. Add lemon peel and pepper and mix well
    5. Reduce heat to low, add cooked pasta along with milk and cheese.
    6. Toss until heated throughly
    7. Serve immediately
