    Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

    Can't remember where I got this quick and easy recipe, but it is definitely a keeper.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pork chops
    • 1 can apple pie filling
    • 1 box stuffing mix


    Instructions


    1. Brown pork chops in a skillet and prepare stuffing mix per box directions.
    2. Pour apple pie filling into bottom of greased 9x13 pan.
    3. Place browned chops on top of apples.
    4. Spoon stuffing over top of pork.
    5. Cover and bake at 350 degress for 35 minutes.
    6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes longer before serving.
