Orange Iced Coffee

List of Ingredients




2 cups cold water
1 ounce automatic drip ground coffee
1/3 cup orange juice
1 cup seltzer or club soda
orange slice
fresh mint sprig


Recipe



Brew coffee, using 2 cups cold water and coffee. Allow to cool, then chill. Stir orange juice into coffee. Fill 4 glasses with ice and pour in coffee-orange juice. Add 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. seltzer water to each glass. Garnish with orange slices and a mint sprigs.
