    2 cups strongly brewed Swiss Dutch Almond coffee
    2 talespoons low fat milk
    2 teasoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
    1 drop peppermint extract

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until smooth. Pour over ice and serve immediately. Or refrigerate; stir well before serving over ice.

    Makes 2 servings.
