DIP: Orange Sour Cream Fruit Dip

List of Ingredients

1/2 of 6 ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
1 1/4 cup of milk
One 3 3/4 ounce package of vanilla instant pudding mix
1/4 cup of commercial sour cream
4 ounces of cream cheese



Recipe

Combine orange juice concentrate, milk, pudding mix, cream cheese; beat with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Chill 2 hours. Serve over assorted fresh fruit.

Yields: 2 1/2 cups.
