    Cilantro Lime Marinade

    This marinade is totally simple. It's good for chicken, fish or tofu, but the chicken or a white fish are best.

    List of Ingredients




    4 large chicken breasts
    4 cloves of garlic
    2 oz fresh cilantro chopped up
    3 Tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
    juice from 1 large lime
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon paprika
    salt and fresh cracked pepper

    Recipe



    Combine everything in a 1 gallon ziploc baggie at least 30 min before you want to eat your food. Well, more like 40 minutes, but let it sit for at least 30 in the bag. Massage the breasts (he he he) as often as possible to get them more tender.

    Preheat a grill (or pan) to REALLY hot. About 400-500 degrees. Sear the meat for about 10 seconds on each side and then place on a 300 degree grill and cover, letting cook for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side. Cut to make sure it's cooked through and not pink inside.

    Put in mouth, chew, swallow, repeat.
