Easy Soda Pop Cake

Use different flavors of cake mix and soda (i.e., choc. cake and raspberry/cherry soda, white cake and strawberry, etc.)


List of Ingredients




1 package (18.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 cup lemon-lime soda
Confectioners' sugar for topping

Recipe



Preheat the oven to 350�F. Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the confectioners' sugar; mix well and pour into the baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, slice, and serve.
