    1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
    4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers
    48 TRISCUIT Low Sodium Crackers

    MIX artichokes, Neufchatel cheese and Parmesan cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in peppers; cover.
    REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour.
    SPREAD 2 tsp. of the artichoke mixture onto each cracker.

    Use Your Microwave
    To serve warm, prepare as directed. Place 6 topped crackers on microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 seconds or until warmed. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
