Cranberry-Orange Cream Cheese

List of Ingredients




8 ounces cranberries -- fresh
2 whole oranges (including peel)-- quartered
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
16 ounces cream cheese -- softened

Recipe



Process cranberries and oranges in food processor until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until well mixed and finely chopped.

Use as a spread on crackers or thin slices of french bread. Also very good on a turkey sandwich. Good at a holiday buffet or casual party when cranberries are in season.
