    Yield: 1 cup.

    1/4 cup fruit preserves (apricot, raspberry, peach, etc.)
    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).

    To lower cholesterol and fat, use reduced-fat cream cheese.

    1 TABLESPOON equals: Calories 70, Protein 1 g, Carbohydrate 4 g, Dietary Fiber 0 g, Fat 5 g, Cholesterol 15 mg, Sodium 40 mg ++++ WWP: 2
