Fruit Preserve Cream Cheese

Yield: 1 cup.
1/4 cup fruit preserves (apricot, raspberry, peach, etc.)
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
To lower cholesterol and fat, use reduced-fat cream cheese.
