1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup dry bread crumbs
6-8 boneless chicken halves
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
In a bowl, combine butter, mustard and worcestershire sauce. In a plastic bag, add salt, bread crumbs and cheese.
Dip chicken in butter mixture, then shake in crumb mix. Place into ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Drizzle with remaining butter mix.
Bake at 350 F uncovered for 40-45 minutes until done.
