Waffles: Emeril's Buttermilk Waffles

List of Ingredients



• 2 cups all-purpose flour
  
• 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  
• 1 teaspoon sugar
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 4 tablespoons melted butter
  
• 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  
• Butter and syrup, to serve
  






Instructions



1. Mix all together with whisk just until mixed. Cook in hot waffle iron.
   
   
2. Sometimes I'll make a double batch and freeze in a ziplock bag...just pop them in the toaster for reheating.
