    Syrup: Fruit Preserve Pancake Syrup

    • 1/2 cup fruit preserves (raspberry, apricot, strawberry or orange marmalade)
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
    • 1/2 cup honey


    Instructions


    1. Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.

    2. Serve over hot pancakes.
