- 3 large cans buttermilk biscuits
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, whole or chopped
- 1/2 cup margarine
Instructions
- Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Quarter each biscuit and roll in cinnamon sugar.
- In an angel food cake pan, put a layer of coated biscuits in bottom and sprinkle with pecans.
- Repeat layers until all biscuits and pecans are gone.
- Melt margarine and combine with brown sugar.
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Pour over biscuits, drizzling syrup over all areas.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
