    Ground Beef: Salisbury Meatballs

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound of ground beef
    • 1 medium onion
    • 4 pieces of toast (make into bread crumbs)
    • 1 egg
    • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 soup cans of water
    • 1 soup can of milk


    Instructions


    1. Mix hamburger with egg, seasoning and bread crumbs. Make into meatballs. Just like you would for spaghetti. Fry them in a skillet until brown on all sides. While meatballs are cooking get a cooker and add mushroom soup, water and milk and let it come to a boil. Once it starts to boil, bring it down to a simmer. Put in meatballs and all drippings from pan. Let simmer for about 45 minutes.
