    Beef: Bacon Beef Roast

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 beef roast
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Garlic salt, optional
    • 4 or 5 strips bacon


    Instructions


    1. Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic salt.

    2. Wrap bacon strips around roast; seal in foil.

    3. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes per pound
