Chicken: Chicken Zucchini Bake

List of Ingredients



• 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  
• 1 (12 ounce) package chicken flavored stuffing mix
  
• 6 cups zucchini, sliced and steamed
  
• 1 cup carrots, peeled and grated
  
• 3 to 4 pounds cooked chicken, diced
  
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
  






Instructions



1. Combine margarine and stuffing mix; spoon half of the mixture in the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Layer zucchini, carrots and chicken over top; set aside.
   
2. Mix soup, sour cream and onion together; spoon over chicken. Top with remaining stuffing mix; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
   
3. Yield: 8 to 6 servings
