Beef: Hobo Dinner

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 large onions
- 1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Press ground beef in bottom of a 2 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
- Slice potatoes over milk, slice onions over potatoes.
- Cube cheese onto potatoes and onions; cover with mushroom soup.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
- Yield: 6 servings
