No Bake Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

• 2 cups sugar
  
• 3/4 cup butter
  
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  
• 1 (3 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding
  
• 3 1/2 cups quick oatmeal
  






Instructions



1. Mix sugar, butter, and milk, and bring to a rolling boil. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oats. Mix well. Let cool 3 minutes, then drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let set until firm.
   
2. Makes about 5 dozen
