Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

List of Ingredients



• 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  
• 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 2 teaspoons milk
  
• 2 cups flaked coconut
  






Instructions



1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet.
   
2. Add coconut.
   
3. Stir constantly over low heat until golden brown.
   
4. Spread on paper towels to dry.
   
5. Cream butter and cheese.
   
6. Add milk and sugar.
   
7. Add 1 1/2 cups coconut.
   
8. Mix and spread on cake.
   
9. Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top and sides.
