    Cream Cheese Caramel Frosting

    • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup butter, softened
    • 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
    • 4 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted and divided


    Instructions


    1. Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
    2. Beat in caramel ice cream topping.
    3. Gradually beat in 2 cups powdered sugar.
    4. Beat in remaining powdered sugar as needed to reach desired spreading consistency.
    5. Makes 2 1/4 cups
