List of Ingredients



• 3 bars (6 ounce box) white chocolate baking bars, broken into pieces
  
• 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  
• 1 cup butter, cut into pieces
  
• 1 cup powdered sugar
  






Instructions



1. Microwave baking bars and cream in a medium, uncovered, microwave safe bowl on medium high power for 1 minute; stir. The bars may retain some of their shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15 second intervals, stirring just until melted.
   
2. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl; cool to room temperature.
   
3. Beat in butter until creamy.
   
4. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
