• 1 pound frankfurters, sliced
  
• 1/3 cup chopped onions, if desired
  
• 1 1/2 cups milk
  
• 3/4 cup baking mix (bisquick or jiffy)
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  






Instructions



1. Grease a 9x13" pan. Spread frankfurters and onions. In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk and eggs together. Beat until smooth. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with ketchup or mustard.
   
2. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
