    Hawiian Baked Pork

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pork chops
    • 2 cups crushed pineapple
    • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Place pineapple with juice in a large greased baking dish.

    2. Place sliced sweet potatoes over pineapple and sprinkle with brown sugar.

    3. Place pork chops on top of sweet potatoes.

    4. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then uncover and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

    5. Makes 4 servings at 6 points each.
