    Southern Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pork rib chops
    • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1 teaspoon sage, crumbled
    • 1/2 teaspoon ceyenne pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


    Instructions


    1. Prepare grill or broiler.

    2. Rub both sides of pork chops with garlic.

    3. Combine next 5 ingredients in a bowl.

    4. Press seasoning mixture into pork chops with hands to adhere.

    5. Grill pork chops 7 to 8 minutes per side, or until cooked throughout.
