    10 Minute Cheesy Mexican Rice

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth (1 1/3 cups)
    • 1 cup salsa
    • 2 cups minute rice
    • 4 ounces velveeta cheese, cut into cubes


    Instructions


    1. Mix broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and Velveeta. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until Velveeta is melted.
