    List of Ingredients


    • 5 pounds potatoes, cooked, diced and drained, let cool
    • 4 to 6 hard boiled eggs
    • 1 cup celery, diced
    • 1 cup onion, diced
    • 1 cup original dill pickles, diced
    • Mayonnaise Mixture:
    • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon mustard
    • 1/2 cup pickle juice


    Instructions


    1. Chop up eggs, add salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Mix all the potato ingredients together in a large bowl. Put all of the mayonnaise ingredients in a shaker and mix up until smooth consistency. Pour over potato mixture, toss up and serve cold.
