    • red sweet peppers
    • vegan pita bread
    • italian dressing
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Warm up the vegan pita bread in the oven.
    2. Chop all the vegetables into small cubes.
    3. Put the chopped vegetables in a bowl and mix together.
    4. Then add 1 cap full of italian dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
