    Sugar Snap Peas: Sesame Sugar Snap Peas

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound sugar snap peas
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


    Instructions


    1. Steam snap peas until crisp tender, about 10 minutes.

    2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add oil and heat over medium high heat. Add sesame seeds and ginger; stir fry for 1 minute.

    3. Add snap peas and stir fry until warmed through, about 2 minutes.

    4. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
