- 1 pound sugar snap peas
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Steam snap peas until crisp tender, about 10 minutes.
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add oil and heat over medium high heat. Add sesame seeds and ginger; stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add snap peas and stir fry until warmed through, about 2 minutes.
- Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
