List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground meat
2 medium onions, chopped
1 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. flour
1 small can condensed milk
1 can tomato soup
1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
12 corn tortillas
salt to taste
Recipe
Brown meat and 1 onion. Sprinkle with flour, salt and
chili powder. Add water to cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Combine milk, soup, cheese and other chopped onion. Tear
tortillas into one-inch strips. Line greased baking dish with
strips. Cover strips with some of the meat mixture and then
some of the cheese mixture. Continue to layer tortillas, meat
and cheese mixtures, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees
for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
