    PIRATE STEAK

    List of Ingredients




    12 oz can beer
    1/2 c chili sauce
    1/4 c oil
    2 T soy sauce
    1 T Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp hot sauce
    1/8 tsp liquid smoke
    1/2 c coarsely chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 lb sirloin steak, cut 1-1/2 to 2" thick

    Recipe



    Combine all except steak in saucepan. Simmer 30 minutes. Brush steak with
    sauce, grill till cooked as desired, basting frequently with sauce. Serve
    with remaining sauce.
