    These are very old fashioned, not-too-sweet melt-in-your-mouth cookies. Beautiful at Christmas time. When I was a little girl, my mom used to bring big pink boxes from the bakery with cookies much like these -- maybe that's why they are so special to me. Robin Overstreet
