2 T Bacon drippings
2 T Flour
1 C water
1/4 t Pepper



Recipe



Heat drippings and stir in flour until you have a smooth paste. Brown the flour. Add the water and stir until it thickens. Season with pepper. Bacon is salty so taste before adding salt.
