    Self Rising Bisquits--Mom

    List of Ingredients

    5 Cups Self-rising flour
    1 Cup Oil
    1 Pkg. Yeast
    1/4 Cup Warm water
    2 Cups Buttermilk
    1 Tsp. Baking soda
    2 Tsps. Sugar

    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix all dry ingredients well, add oil and buttermilk - then add to the yeast mixture. Mix well. Bake at 425� for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    NOTE: Well covered, this dough will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can make as many or as little as you need.
